Today, Lenovo announced the new eight-socket ThinkSystem SR950 V3, the ultimate platform for massive in-memory SAP HANA databases, allowing organizations to make faster, more informed decisions, even with escalating data loads. The SR950 V3 is the newest member of the ThinkSystem V3 family of servers that are based on the new 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors.

Lenovo has announced the new ThinkSystem V3 servers based on the new 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors and the new Intel Xeon CPU Max Series processors.

ThinkSystem SR950 V3 Server
The ThinkSystem SR950 V3 is an 8U 8-socket server for the ultimate in scale-up capability and performance. The server supports eight 350W processors, each with 60 cores, and up to a massive 32TB of DDR5 system memory. The SR950 V3 is ideal for large databases and SAP HANA implementations.

ThinkSystem SR650 V3 Server
The ThinkSystem SR650 V3, with dual 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, is designed for performance. ThinkSystem SR860 V3 Server
The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR860 V3 is a 4-socket server that features a 4U rack design with support for high-performance GPUs. The server offers technology advances, including fourth-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with Intel Optane Persistent Memory 300 Series, and scale-up capacity with up to 16TB of system memory, up to 18x PCIe slots, and up to 48x 2.5-inch drive bays. The SR860 V3 is ideal for Mission critical workloads such as SAP HANA in-memory computing, transactional databases, deep learning, analytics, big data, and virtual machine density.

The ThinkSystem SR850 V3 is a 4-socket server that is densely packed into a 2U rack design. The server offers technology advances, including fourth-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with Intel Optane Persistent Memory 300 Series, and scale-up capacity with up to 16TB of system memory, up to 12x PCIe slots, and up to 24x 2.5-inch drive bays.
