This Lenovo Validated Design presents a secure, on-premises AI platform for social and human services organizations designed to accelerate case review, improve safeguarding decisions, and reduce administrative burden while maintaining strict governance and data sovereignty.
Built on Lenovo ThinkSystem infrastructure with flexible CPU and GPU acceleration, including Intel® Xeon® processors enhanced by Intel Advanced Matrix Extensions (AMX) and optional GPU resources, the solution delivers scalable performance for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workloads supporting historical case analysis, expedited review generation, and live practitioner decision support.
At its core, the Dialog XR AI framework transforms large volumes of unstructured, multi-agency records, including documents and long-form audio, into searchable, explainable insights through semantic retrieval, GPU-accelerated speech-to-text processing, and multi-agent orchestration. Responsible AI guardrails, immutable audit trails, and role-based security controls ensure transparency and compliance outcomes in highly regulated environments. Validation testing demonstrates that AMX-optimized CPU inference can meet production performance targets, while GPU acceleration enables high-throughput transcription and sustained concurrency for demanding operational scenarios.
The architecture provides a flexible deployment model enabling agencies worldwide to operationalize trustworthy AI for safeguarding workflows, improving consistency, efficiency, and service outcomes without compromising privacy or oversight.
